Call Tracker
A marketing call list, and a record of what happened each time.
About this project
Call Tracker is a list for working through marketing calls: who to phone, where that conversation stands, and when to try again.
Add companies one at a time, or import a spreadsheet. Each row opens into the details and a call log — no answer, left a voicemail, booked a demo. Filter by stage, search, and sort by the next date so the overdue ones sit at the top.
The whole list lives in this browser, on this device. Opening the same address on another computer gives you an empty list. Export a spreadsheet, call history included, when you want a backup.
Why it isn't like the others
What makes it different
Nothing leaves the browser
The list is stored on the device. There is no account, and someone else who opens the page doesn’t see yours.
A stage for where the call stands
Not contacted, follow up, demo booked, on trial, a customer, or not interested. The counts across the top are also the filter.
Bring your own list
Import names, cities, contacts, and notes from a spreadsheet. Export it back out, with the call history, when you want a copy you can keep.
One more thing
A few more details
- You can mark a company that’s already a vendor-managed account, so that detail rides along with the call list.
- Rename the title and the description on the page. That rename stays on this device too.
